BUSINESS CARD ADS will be in BETA preview for editing on WWW, within FOUR (4) days & will be ready for publishing on WWW, SEVEN (7) days from date of contract commencement. Changes limited to ONE (1) sessions.

BANNER ADS will be in BETA preview for editing on WWW, within ONE (1) week & will be ready for publishing on WWW, TWO (2) weeks from date of contract commencement. Changes limited to TWO (2) sessions.

FLEA MARKET STALLS

FIVE PRODUCT FLEA MARKET STALLS will be in BETA preview for editing on WWW, within ONE (1) week & will be ready for publishing on WWW, THREE (3) weeks from date of contract commencement. Changes limited to TWO (2) sessions.

Changes after allocated sessions is charged at standard hourly rates.

FREE updates are limited to changes within existing website structure only. Any changes to website structure will be charged at standard hourly rate.

Default on payment of monthly instalments will result in suspension of website, penalty and reconnection fees.

ONCE YOUR ACCOUNT IS SETTLED IN FULL A CERTIFICATE OF OWNERSHIP WILL BE AWARDED.

ALL WEBSITE DATA AND GRAPHICS (EXCLUDING INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY) WILL REMAIN THE PROPERTY OF IFT™ UNTIL OUTSTANDING PAYMENT, (INCLUDING ANY PENALTIES OR OTHER FEES) HAS BEEN RECEIVED IN FULL.

CANCELLATION FOR VALID REASONS & AT THE DISCRETION OF IFT™ ONLY.

If cancellation deemed valid by IFT™ a 25% admin fee will be levied & refund will follow in 90 days. MONEY BACK GUARANTEE will void this clause.

It will be the responsibility of the customer to register for any rebates, discounts or certification they may be entitled to.

ANY LEGAL ISSUES WILL BE DECIDED IN THE JURISDICTION OF CHOICE BY IFT™.
